QDOBA's Brisket Birria can be added as a protein option to the entree of your choice or can be found in the new QuesaBirria Quesadilla or QuesaBirria Burrito.
Brisket Birria is created from savory and tender pieces of shredded beef that have been seasoned with garlic and chiles. Each batch of QDOBA’s Brisket Birria is slow-cooked for 10 hours.
