Cheddar Cheese Curds
The Lazy Dog's Cheddar Cheese Curds are made using premium white cheddar cheese curds from the Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery. They are breaded, seasoned and served hot with two dipping sauces, a house-made Nashville Hot Ranch Sauce and a zesty Marinara Sauce.
Chicken Cordon Bleu
Chicken Cordon Bleu comes with two sides of Red Lake Nation wild rice and a freshly prepared pilaf featuring almonds and mushrooms. It is also served with hand-breaded chicken breasts, that are layered with melty Swiss cheese, thinly sliced pieces of smoked ham from Beeler’s Ranch and a mustard cream sauce.
Lamb Shank Pot Pie
This Lazy Dog dish is served with marinated tomatoes, vegetables and mashed potatoes. It showcases a salt-thyme pie crust, pieces of slow-cooked lamb shank from Marcho Farms and a garlic & red wine sauce.
