Firehouse Subs’ New York Steamer (pictured above) is served on a fresh sub roll that is stacked with thinly-sliced pastrami, USDA Choice corned beef brisket and real slices of creamy provolone cheese. It is finished with mayonnaise, Italian dressing and deli mustard.
